- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
- 12 oz shredded Mexican cheese (queso asadero or queso Oaxaca)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix sea salt, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Season both sides of the steak with the spice mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the steak to desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing thinly.
- In the same skillet, place a tortilla, add cheese on one half, top with steak slices, and more cheese. Fold and cook until golden.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.
